Our mission for the Bonham Middle School Orchestra Program is to instill a lifelong love of music and the arts in our students, while providing a challenging and high quality experience to all. Bonham Orchestras have a reputation for excellence. Our ensembles repeatedly score sweepstakes at the UIL Concert & Sightreading Contest and earn outstanding rankings at the Greater Southwest Music Festival. We also have many students compete at UIL Solo & Ensemble, scoring top marks for their solo and chamber ensemble performances. Bonham Middle School is also well-represented in the All-Region Orchestra as well as in the Amarillo Youth Symphony. We highly value community service, and our orchestras also perform at local nursing homes and schools.
